I’m an executive ghostwriter and senior editor, and the founder of *Kyzakis*. Based in Australia, I work with leaders and communications teams around the world.

## Thinking before drafting

An interview can reveal the point that pages of notes have missed. I listen for what you mean, ask for examples and test the argument before drafting. When I edit, I apply the same attention to what is on the page—and what is missing.
